studio 2.5 privacy policy

who we are

studio 2.5 is an independent advisory practice based in Ontario, Canada, working at the intersection of infrastructure intelligence, spatial AI, and agentic AI transformation. our tools — including the AI transformation assessment, foresight tool, and research environment — are available at studio25.xyz.

what we collect

we collect two categories of data.

the first is account and profile data: your name, work email address, organization name, role type, asset environment, transformation position, and aggregate maturity scores by domain. this is the information you provide during sign-up and the high-level profile signals generated by your assessment — not your specific responses or conversation content.

the second is communications consent: whether you have opted in to receiving follow-up resources and information from studio 2.5, and your unsubscribe status if you later withdraw that consent.

what we do not collect

we do not store your assessment conversation, your specific picklist selections, your interview responses, or the text of your output pathway. these are processed in real time to generate your personalized output and are discarded after your session ends. studio 2.5 has no record of what you said in your assessment conversation.

why we collect what we collect

account and profile data is used to operate your account, generate your personalized assessment output, improve the assessment tool over time using anonymized and aggregated maturity signals, and — with your permission — follow up with relevant resources and studio 2.5 services.

we use aggregate maturity score data — never individual session content — to understand the most common intelligence gaps and transformation challenges facing the infrastructure industry. this informs the studio 2.5 knowledge base and research.

what we do not do

we do not sell your data to any third party.

we do not share your identifiable data with any third party except the service providers required to operate the tools — including Anthropic (AI processing), Clerk (authentication), Pinecone (knowledge base retrieval), and Vercel (hosting). each operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

we do not use your conversation content to train AI models — because we do not retain it.

your rights

you have the right to access the profile data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to request deletion of your account and profile data, and to withdraw your consent to communications at any time.

communications

if you have opted in to communications, you may receive emails from studio 2.5 with relevant resources, insights, and information about our services. every email includes an unsubscribe link. clicking it removes you from all studio 2.5 marketing communications immediately and permanently.

studio 2.5 complies with the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). we send commercial electronic messages only to users who have provided express consent at sign-up.

data retention

we retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active and for up to two years after your last login. you may request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@studio25.xyz.
